Me:                        Ye Dato'. Apa yang boleh saya bantu?

Dato’ M:              Bantu? Ini bukan Biro Bantuan.

Me:                        Memang la bukan Biro Bantuan, Dato. Tapi sebagai Customer Service, itu soalan lazim saya kena tanya. (Smiley)
